The special location of this branch of Mofid securities investment advisory, facing Shariati main street implied the unique attitude through the clients of this project. There were two types of spaces needed, one for the common clients and the other one specified as VIP costumers. For the second group, we needed several VIP rooms and also the sittings provided in the common area must have enough privacy too, so the special hubs were designed and located in several parts of the plan. The longitudinal plan of this floor led us to place the counter in the middle, on axis of the entrance and use its two sides to separate the two required sections. The consultation rooms on one side and the reception counter of the investment advisory on the other side are the borders between the branch space and the employees’ space, whose view is preserved with a glass partition, but each has its privacy and its own space.
