Description

The building is located in Isfahan, Chahar-Bagh, a neighborhood with strict municipal rules for the façade, making it difficult to choose and implement the suitable facade for it. Another concern was the reinforcement of the building, due to its old age, which was done in the foundation, beams and columns. Meanwhile, the slope of the stairs was corrected and the staircase was totally renovated. A conference hall was built in the south courtyard, along with the flooring and design of the courtyard itself. Inside the building, our mission was to provide an elevator for a better access and convenience of the customers, apart from the void which was designed as a central skylight in the middle of the floor plans. The ground floor is a lobby, first and second floor consist of management office, conference room, VIP rooms, registration counters and general counseling space.
